This year's LLHM begins at Pall Mall in the City of Westminster, with runners passing Nelson's Column early on in the race.Runners will be split into different waves 2-3 weeks before the event, so start times will be staggered to accommodate for congestion. our largest LLHM event to date, and our aim is to continue to grow the event year on year, which this new route will hopefully enable us to do.
